Consulting

Designed to meet the unique requirements of your organization, this work is includes needs assessment, internal messaging, and collaborative design and testing. Delivery and measurement leverages existing organizational KPIs, and when possible, builds upon other organizational initiatives.

Courses

1-8 week virtual classes require minimal daily effort and include engagement tracking with optional facilitation. Longer courses are available, and may be customized for specialized certifications. This 6 minute video provides a good overview.

Coaching

Leader and/or team performance-oriented services can support individuals, groups, or even development of certified, internal coaches. The Goleman EI, ICF-accredited EICC program is an integral part of this offering, including scalable, virtual delivery.

Keynotes & Workshops
